This is what my belly looks like after one of my “Big Meals”……….If yours looks different, you may need to “Just Eat What I Eat!”

This is not a posting about what I ate today.  It is a posting about what eating like I eat will do to your body!  ……………My I give you an excerpt from one of the “average” days in the life of David?…………Here it is:          I did CrossFit the other day (www.skyslimitcrossfit.com)

IMG_4102 b and headed directly for Grand Street Cafe.  (www.grandstreetcafe.com)       While there, I bolted down a huge serving of Chilean Sea Bass and an absolute ton of Squash, Zucchini, and Onions all lathered (sauteed) in a ton of fatty olive oil and Real Butter.  This is what my belly looked like when I returned home.  (Yes.  As you can see in the picture, I ate in my CrossFit attire.  Yes.  I was sweaty.  They don’t care…..your money still spends all the same.)  My point is:  Why aren’t I bloated like a pot bellied pig after eating all that fat and all that Real Butter?  The veggies were literally dripping with the butter.  And, I was sopping some more of it up with them as I ate them.The answer, of course, is that neither thing is high glycemic.  In fact, all of what I ate was low carb and low glycemic.  And, as a result, THIS IS WHAT MY BELLY LOOKED LIKE.  Perhaps you should Eat What I Eat………and, very soon thereafter, your belly will start to look a lot more like my belly does…..(fit and happy.)
