Stuff My Buddies send me that They Eat!

As you have guessed, I am not the only one that eats Low Glycemic.  In fact, this manner of nutritional intake is sweeping the nation as the success and health consequences become better known.  Here are some of the meals that my buddies have sent me that are good examples of How You Can Eat What I Eat:

20130506-212107.jpgFree Range Teriyaki Grilled Chicken with Grilled Asparagus drizzled with Organic KerryGold Butter that comes from Grass Fed Free Range Cattle.  Doesn’t get much more Low Glycemic than that, does it?  Well, actually, I don’t know what his lovely wife put in the Teriyaki Sauce….hopefully, not sugar or something to sweeten it up.  Since she is a healthnutfoodie, I doubt it.  (Check her out with that link.  Good Stuff.)

 

 

05/02/2013  Mike Hans – Dining on the Road (Fancy) in California

20130506-212857.jpgAs you can see, almost every restaurant offers that opportunity to eat Low Glycemic.  And, my friend, Mike, proved that in a very expensive way when he dined at this restaurant whose speciality was fare that was almost all locally sourced.  I will let the picture of the evening’s menu speak for itself.
