Sunday is Our “Cheat Meal Day”. (Please note: I did NOT say “Cheat Day”. I said “Cheat Meal Day”….as in ONE cheat meal….NOT a bunch of them!) Truth be told, we love what eat in our “non-cheat” meals. But, this little tradition is one we hold dear to our hearts. So, we still head for Houston’s every Sunday afternoon after Yoga for a little Glycemic Spike. And, today was no exception.
